Hey everybody. Jason Lim here. And we are at part two of this video series. Now, in part one we spoke about the location leverage. And if you haven’t watched that already, I highly recommend it and highly suggest you go and check out the video first because it’s going to set the foundation of whatever we are going to cover here.
Now, let’s recap a little bit about what you have learnt from part one of this video. Part one we talk about location leverage. And location leverage simply talks about how people behave and let the environment shapes them for the rich. And how human behave, where they like to spend time with people that they love. The rich knows that the environment is what shapes them so, they spend time with people that they like. Now, you can put the fastest runner in a swimming pool yet, and the fastest runner will still not win the slowest runner on dry land.
So, we talk about how the environment shapes people and we talk about the three specific strategy, the methods that you can use. One, it is the Facebook advertising method to put yourself in front of the people that you want to go after. We talk about using the domain influencer method to sponsor your product and services so, that they can, you can form a partnership with them for them to endorse and promote your product and services. And we talked about the eight different touch points for a property agent. For a realtor to be in front, at the fore front of attention of their ideal prospects so, that whenever they have an intention to use your services they instantly know who is at the top of their mind in order for them to transact with you.
That’s location leverage in a nutshell. Now, we’re going to go deeper into part two of this formula. And again, why am I doing this video series is because I want to invite you to my brand new program called Leads Mastery. You see, the rich ask for what’s the value. And the poorer ask for what’s your price. See, you want to have value to attract the premium clients that you’ve always wanted. Who buys things seeing value instead of looking at the price.
And how you do that is what I call the value vortex. What is the value vortex specifically. Let me give you a metaphor example. Now, think of a tornado that sweeps up a village. A value vortex is like a whirlpool of value that anytime someone want to come into contact, even though they haven’t reached the circumference of the vortex, of the whirlpool, they are already starting to get swept inside of the whirlpool and eventually gets driven downwards, further and further. So, that’s why I call it the value vortex. You want to build a business and you want to build yourself to have so much value in you that you pack a huge more value that the moment people come into contact with your business, when the moment people come into contact with you. Whether you are networking event or you are going just for raffle events, whenever people come to you, you have so much value that people want to be involved with you and your business. The moment they come into contact with you, the moment they ask people about you, you have so much value that it just sweeps them into your vortex.
That’s what the value vortex is all about. So, knowing that … Know one thing, that the value vortex has successfully helped my private students get media attention. It doesn’t just have to make money. It also has to capture media attention. For my private graduates who have been successfully implementing this strategy and process that I want to share with you. And, like I said, all this is to invite you on board and help you achieve the same result as well. And I’m going to give you so much value with this video series that you can see that the value of this leads mastery program is a lot more than what the price what you’re going to pay for. The value is going to be in the pudding.
Number one method that you can do to create your own value vortex is what I call the case study method. The case study method is simply the process of documenting your journey. Documenting your results. Documenting the transformation you have been delivering for others. And one of the key successful factors to make a case study method work is you actually share with them your failures as well.
Now, the key thing here is this, you cannot just show what looks good on the outside and not reveal what is on the inside. The more you try to portray and image of successful without failures, a success without flaws, the more people are going to be skeptical of you. Because, naturally, people are going to feel skeptical the moment they see a perfect being. There’s no such thing as perfect and most people won’t know about it. So, the more you present yourself as vulnerable the more trust you’re going to get in the industry. The stronger you get the more doubter] you be.
So, what you want to do with this strategy is, if you go to my website you will see a specific case study, look for it. It is a case study where we reveal how we use 800 dollars to generate 6000 dollars with Facebook advertising. But, in the campaign we didn’t just reveal what worked because my audience, people like you who is watching this video, you know that for a successful campaign it takes 999 failed campaigns before we are able to achieve success. You know by now that the path to success is going to be met with a lot of micro failures. Right.
So, what we did in the case study, we reveal what we had done wrong. What we feel that could have been done better. What we don’t think it was right, looking back and connecting the dots that we could have done better and we record it and documented the failure process that could have get us better results. So, that’s one key principal that you need to implement into your case study methods as well. In the leads mastery program this is where we share with you the case by step by step instructions on how to create a core proper case study method that makes people want to read over and over again. Right.
Step two of this value vortex is to implement value training method. Now, case study is simply to document and to record and to share your findings and to share what we had not done before. The step two was difference is value training is where you implement a strong value where you share with people how to do certain things to avoid the mistakes that they are doing in the form of a training.
You see, in my program I teach by the program. I teach you about that there is three reasons why people buy it. Number one, people buy because of money. You can have them make more money. Number two, is you can have them save more time. Number three, is you can help them gain more significance in their life. When you do this value training method specifically to help people save time and teach them how to do something to get more significant or make more money they naturally perceive you as the authority of your industry.
Now, think back. Bring yourself back to age six, between your age six to age 18. Who are the natural authorities in your life and what is happening during that process. The majority of your time is spent on two activities. Number one, the activity of being parenting. Number two, is the activity of getting taught in school by teachers. So, when you actually teach people how to avoid the mistakes, what then happens is in the minds of the consumers, in the minds of your prospects and potential buyers, what they then do is naturally perceive you as the teacher and as the result you don’t even need to tell them the authority position that you have in the industry. You will be naturally be perceived as the authority and you get to give suggestion that people actually want to listen to because you authority now and what you say naturally makes sense.
So, the one biggest holding back factor that most people cannot implement is teaching mode for the business, is they are worried that their competitor will take the same amount of information and to actually duplicate it and kill their business. Now, the one thing is, you need to operate in is, you want to operate in such a case where there is abundance. Abundance meaning there is enough for everybody. So, even if you teach a potential prospects that there is enough prospects that will trust you and believe in your value that they will come to your business, to be attracted to your business and they want to do business with you. So, you want to teach your prospect not about your business operation but you want to teach your prospects how to avoid the mistakes that they would have otherwise done if they didn’t use your product and service. And to that you need to have value. That’s why this is called a value vortex. And the one thing that will set you apart from everyone else is, the willingness to reveal your value so, that people is trusting you.
The rich ask for what’s the value. The poor ask for what’s the price. If you can establish enough value in your industry then people are going to come looking for value instead of the price. Most service provider only review the price and never establish enough value. If you go to my website, you will see that there is a part where we reveal every value possible to our audiences. We teach them very valuable stuff and even psychology stuff that they normally would have to pay between anywhere from 300 dollars to over 2000 dollars to learn the same information. All right.
So, that’s what you want to do. You want to implement the value training method so that they can, they will absorb your information and if you implement the value training method as a form of expert interview and combine that with the Facebook advertising method you are able to rapidly create a vortex that people watching the interview and becomes a valuable training. So, you see, the formula it is not one of it’s own. It is a formula that it cross interjects with each other. They cross interphase with each other. And every piece of this puzzle can be moved around, combined, mashed up or isolated and do things on it’s own. So, that is what the formula can do for you. All right.
So, in the leads mastery program it is where we teach you how to create a proper valuable training. How to start it off. How to end it well and how to lead them to the next stage of the process and this is what I mean by thel expert interview mattered. Where I’m mentioning earlier. Where you find other experts who are great in their fields. That means people who are, maybe they are health care experts and they investment experts. They might me marketing experts. You find the experts and you combine this with the BDA method and that’s where you can be in front of eight possible touch point of your ideal prospects and what happen is this.
If you just interview five experts with 1000 following each, that means they have a data base of 1000 people. They have a customer base of 1000 and they’ve got 1000 people coming to them over and over again every single month. When you actually interview them, they will reveal your interview that you had with them to their website, to their followers. They will reveal the following to their following in social medias. In YouTube. In Facebook. So, what they then do is their followers who have already been following these experts will visit your website. When they visit your website, guess what, they come to a website they get swept into your value vortex and they want something to do with you. They want to buy your product. They want to buy your services. They watch your case study. They absorb your valuable training. They watch your expert interview video. They get absorbed, your principals, your values, beliefs. And then, that’s where in part three of this video series where we teach you how to properly guide them to create a success sequence so that you can help them achieve the results that they’re after as well.
So, that’s part three of the video. Because, when you do this can you image five experts with 1000 people each, that’s 5000 people. If only 10 percent of those come to your business, they come to visit your business that’s 500 people coming to you every single month without you even activating a Facebook advertising at all. So, there’s a power of this expert interview method. And guess what, you can use this module and implement it and adopt it to your domain influence method. You can expert interview a domain influencer. Sponsor them your product and service. Give them the value. Give them the experience they endorse for you and you combine them together that will rapidly increase your influence and position in your industry. Your vortex will be created so rapidly, you spin so fast. People are just attracted to a value over and over again. They want to do business with you over and over again.
So, that’s the expert interview method and in part three of this video series we share with you how to monetize all of this traffic that you are going to get. We are going to teach you have to monetize the sequence and how to achieve the success that you’re after. And this concludes the part two of this video.
