If you are interested in finding out how to implement this process, you can check out Jason‘s latest program over here.
Hey everybody, the Jason Lim here, back with you at part three of this video series. Now, if you have come this far, I want to congratulate you, because you are already 80% ahead of so many of your competitors who don’t understand these two fundamental principles and concept and strategies that could potentially put them out of business. Unfortunately, when you are able to do this, we hope that you don’t put them out of business, however you are able to take your business to the next level, and you’ll be well ahead of your other competitions and most other entrepreneurs out there, because they don’t even understand these fundamental principles and founding principles, founding pillars of a business. If you go out there, and look at every single business, every business has what I’m sharing with you here. I just made it simpler for you to understand, and made it easy for you to implement.
So, today we are at the part three, and part three of this video, the founding principles, the third pillar that creates every successful business, in terms of this generation. What you really want to take out of this video is you’ve got to prepare your notes, if you haven’t already. As you can see, I’m giving away very high-level information, and if you are not taking notes, then you are just going to waste your time.
Now, the third part of the formula. The second part, before we go onto the third part, let’s recap what we spoke about in the second video. Second video, we talk about value vortex. What is value vortex? Value vortex is a tornado, a whirlpool of value that if anyone were to come close, they’d get swept up by the value, and they get sucked inside this vortex. By the time they realize it, they are too late, and by the time they realize it, there’s no getting out. Their life is changed forever, for good. So, you want to implement a value vortex in your business that once your customers, once your leads, once your clients, once your partners, they come into contact with your business, they receive so much value, they get sucked into your process. They get sucked into your philosophies. They get sucked into your principles, with tremendous amount of values, over and over and over again, and they want to do business with you for the rest of their lifetime. So, that’s what you want. You want to have clients and partners for lifetime. That’s what the value vortex is for.
Now, coming back to the third part of this formula. The third part is success sequence. Now, the key thing here is, number one, is going to identify, and would already be attracting the people that you want. Number two is to capture them, and be able to retain them. All right? You want to attract, and you want to retain for as long as possible, for their time and attention. Number three is to make it a success. What is a success? A success could be a phone call. A success could be a response. A success could be something that you want to do with them.
So, what is a success sequence for your business, based on these three fundamental principles? So, the success sequence creates a melody. A melody where it goes up and down. You see, your business cannot be just about the bass. It’s not all about the bass. It is also the melody, and there is also a long pause, a short pause. There is one dot. There is a long pause. Now, if you’re a musician, you know exactly what I’m talking about. There is also a sharp. There is also a flat. There is different elements in the business that creates the melody, that creates the music. A music is not created with just a melody. A beautiful music is not created with just the bass. So, in your lead generation, at first, you need to understand that there are sharps, there are flats, there are melody, and there are the bass, in order to create the beautiful musics, and there are there are the short punches. There are the long, holding voices, and there is percussionists. there is trumpeters. There’s wind pipes. There’s drummers. There’s different elements and components you need in order to make your lead generation a success.
Now, how does that have to do with any of your business? Everything! You see, certain clients, certain customers, their profile, they take a longer time in order to be converted. Certain clients just take one punch, and they understand what they need. And then, there are some clients that need a sharp point of turning, to talk to them. Another one, you need to talk to them with a slower and flatter voice, in order to get to them. And then, there are the melodies and the basses. There are the ups and downs, and there are the stabilizers, and your lead generation needs to have the entertainment effort to go up and down. It cannot be always about the sale. What I’m trying to share with you here is this; You can’t be always talking about the sales, and you can’t be always giving value. There must be a balance.
Think about riding a bike. When you are riding a bike, your balance is gained when you have the momentum, when you are riding on the bike. The moment you stop, and you try to balance the bike, the bike topples. There’s no way you can balance the bike without peddling the bicycle. So, it’s the same lead generation effort. Your momentum, your balance of your business, if you want to turn into a beautiful music of lead generation, it must be an ongoing process, in order for your lead generation to be balance. Are you seeing what I’m seeing here? You can’t stop, because the whole balance will be toppled. So, that’s what I’m trying to share with you. There are different clients that convert at different timings, different touch points, some requires a longer process, some requires just a one-stop process. Some, you need to get them at a sharper bass, some you need to get them at a lower bass. So, that is what a success sequence is all about.
So, how do you convert them? Number one; you need to qualify what kind of person they are. Are they someone who needs a one punch solution? Are they someone who needs a longer process? How you do that is to qualify, once all this massive amount of people are coming to your website, because of the strategies implemented from video two, the vortex, because a vortex sweeps everyone, Tom, Dick, Harry, anyone who has exposed to you value, everyone will come around you, and try to get a piece of you. However, you need to understand that your business doesn’t exist for everyone.
Even if the LV bag is probably the … Maybe some perceive it as the best bag out there, the Gucci bag for some, as well, but the Alvie bag is not for everyone, even if it’s the best. Even your solution is the best out there, even your food is the best food out there, there are just some people who don’t like Japanese food. There are just some people who don’t like Korean food. You can’t stop that part of them. What you can stop is to properly qualify, and find out who likes the food that you’re offering. Who likes the product that you’re offering? Who has a problem, a need for the solution that you’re offering?
Now, you need to stop trying to play the lead generation game as if the music piece is all done by a bass, or just done by a melody. There’s no such thing. Everyone … There’s three different components, all together. There are those who are aware of the problems, and is already looking for a solution, but yet, they are not buying it from others yet, because they are looking for the right person to buy it from. Maybe it’s the values resonate, maybe it’s the principles align, maybe it’s just a quality. They are just looking for the right solution. They are already aware of a solution.
Second group of people is aware of their problem, but they have no idea what are the solutions available out there. For example, everyone knows they are obese. Everyone knows they need to lose weight. Everyone knows they are fat. Yet, what is the best solution out there to lose the fat in a healthy way, and the fastest way? Most people know that they are fat, know that they need to lose weight, however, they have no idea what other solution that existed out there that can get them the results. That’s the second group of people.
The third group of people is people who are simply unaware of everything. They are unaware they may have a problem, and as such, they have no need for a solution at all. You see, if you don’t have a problem, if you don’t have a tired problem, you wouldn’t look for coffee. There’s that same kind of group of people. See, most people are trying to sell their solution and product to the third group of people, where they don’t even realize that they have a problem. The last thing you want to do, they worst way to sell, is to sell to people who need your product services, who are not aware of their problem. That’s the last kind of person you want to sell, because you are wasting your time, and time is not your friend. A friend lost can be gained through relationship efforts again, but time lost can never be regained back.
So, you want to … In your website, there’s total, in the Leads Mastery program, we’ll share, we’ll teach, and you learn what is eight ways you get holy fire traffic all together. What mechanism, what tools, what are softwares that can help you use a leverage, and to save time to qualify traffic at a faster speed. What are the mechanism for what type of category of the three group, what works the best for the three different types of people.
Now, that’s qualifying traffic. After you have qualified the traffic, the next part you want to successfully implement for the sequence to happen is the automated appointment. Now, I want to bring your attention back to the … Maybe it’s hair salon, or a service provider that you’ve been to. Now think of it this way; How have they been scheduling your appointment when you call them, you say, “Hey.” Maybe it’s a hair salon, “Hey, I want to cut my hair on Monday, 2 PM. Is it available?” Someone will pick up the phone and say, “Yes, this is available, and I’ll do it for you.” “Great, I’ll be there at 2 PM.” Now mostly, traditionally, the automated part has been done by people, because back then, the softwares and technology, they have not evolved as much yet. However, there are tons and tons of tools out there that your prospects can now auto-schedule their desired time in order for them to speak with you or use your service. If you go to my website, you’ll see this implements over and over again, and you’ll see that I do nothing but teach you what I did. I omit everything else that didn’t work for me, and if you like my process, then Leads Mastery is what is for you.
So, what I do is, the appointment booking, people can actually schedule my time, and everyone who wants my time goes there. You see, there are tons of people who want your time. Yet, they are not willing to put in the effort to use your time. They are not willing to spend their time to use your time effectively. I’ve got tons of dozens of requests, before I start training, and I was just helping my friends, and everyone is calling me up and messaging me, “Jason, can you help me and see my Facebook ads? Can you see my lead generation effort? Can you see what’s wrong with my life? Can you help me see why it’s wrong, why am I reaching a plateau?” And all types of requesters coming to me to help them with NLP, with psychology, and things like that. I said, “Sure, I will give you, I will buy you 45 minutes of my time to help you, since you have been a dear friend.” I give them the link to book a time with me.
Guess what? 80%, 90% of them never follow through. It all requires about 15 to 30 minutes of their time to fill out a simple form to let me know what they are going through, so I can best prepare for their appointment time with them. You know what? 80% of them never follow through. They are not willing to give me their time, so that I can serve them more effectively. Yet, they ask for my time, in order for me to serve them. No hard feelings, I just told them that if you don’t follow through, then I won’t even speak to you.
All they need to do was to click on the time that they wanted, that I’ve set aside to speak privately to people. I have set aside a private time, that’s off from my work timing, and it’s all automatically scheduled, the calendar is. My Google Calendar is all synchronized. If I schedule something in my Google Calendar, then it goes into that calendar software as well, and the software will automatically block off that block, and it would not allow me to let anyone book their time with me. And you know what, most people, they don’t follow through. And here’s the thing. If you want somebody’s help, and they are not willing to give you their time, how are you able to effectively serve them? Do they genuinely even need you at all? That’s something to consider.
So, I implement this automated appointment basis for every part of the business, and I show my private graduates and my private clients. Any sort of business can do the automated appointment process. You shouldn’t rely on it, however, every business can implement the process, and it saves you tons of time to filter away and qualify to people who need your service, versus those who don’t need your service. If you all selling anywhere from $2,000 to $45,000 price point, this is a absolutely must-have, because people who are not willing to fill the form to speak to you, and for you to solve their problems, are not going to be ready for you to sell your solution to them.
Now, the next part of the pillar is to have value belt. What is a value belt? Now, think of the last sushi restaurant that you went to with a sushi belt that goes around the restaurant. So, how does this work for a business? Let’s think about it. How does a sushi belt work for the restaurant? The chef made the sushi. They go around the restaurant. The customers can see they sushi. They may not pick it up, but they know that the sushi is as this there. The sushi will simply go to another customer, and so on, and so forth. And when someone feels like eating that plate of sushi, all they need to do is grab it up, put it in front of them, and consume them.
Now, that sushi, metaphorically, is your value. What is your value? In part two of the series, I share what are the three specific values that will create the most tremendous amount of value in your industry, for your business. What you then do is put up this value, and this value should consistently be rode out to your prospects and people who haven’t bought, even to people who have bought, and constantly add value to their business, constantly add value to their lives, so that even if they are not reading it right now that means, in terms of video creation, and only seven viewers are viewing, and the key principle here is this; that one sushi can roll three times, and there’s no one to consume it at all. However, someone new coming into the shop, they sit down, they saw that sushi. They immediately consumed that sushi because it’s something that they are after. But they can’t consume anything that’s not on the belt, and if they would order from the menu, the menu may not reveal that product. And people may not be aware they a menu is even available.
So, the key thing here is for you to produce that value, and put it on the belt basis. And how do you put it on the belt basis? The belt it the metaphor for your Emails. Your Emails, your social media, your linking, your YouTube channel, your Facebook pages, and all this is your value belt. What is your value belt for your business, and how are you distributing your value to them? Also, your value belt doesn’t have to just contain your product and service. You see, most entrepreneurs, by the time you watch this, you have already known that the reason why I took my 36 months of experience of consulting for people for lead generation, and turned it into and affordably program for entrepreneurs, one of the top reasons is because I’ve seen entrepreneurs close down, wind down their business, because they simply don’t have enough leads to serve. They don’t have enough leads to close. And one of the biggest, biggest, biggest ‘mistakes’ that most entrepreneurs make as a result of closing down the business is they are too focused in their product and service, and they are not in love with their clients.
You see, if you want to build a successful, unstoppable business, you need to stop being obsessed with yourself. You need to stop being obsessed with you product and service, and you. You need to be obsessed with your customers, your clients, your buyers. Find out, if someone were to buy a mentoring service, what are the solutions do they need? Evolve your product and services, evolve your recommendations, according to what they need. In part on of this video series, we spoke about the BDA method; The before, during, and after. And that was the framework for you to find out what are other people needing, what are your buyers needing, in order for you to recommend the right value to them. And then, what you do is you integrate it with the expressed interview method, and find out the eight experts of the BDA method, and establish this onto your value belt. Your value belt now have eight interviews going around, so that people can actually consume the interview when they are ready. Consume the interview from this product when they are ready.
You see, not everyone is ready to use interior design the moment they buy their first house. However, people who have bought five houses understand the value in interior design. They might buy it at a later time. But the thing is, is your value on the belt for them to consume that value? So, that is what the value belt is all about.
So, here’s the thing; This is part three of this entire video series for this mastery, and the reason why I’m doing this video series to share with you is because I want to invite you to the Leads Mastery program. I’ve said this over and over again. I’ve been very transparent and upfront that I’ve been inviting you on the video series. Throughout the video series, I’ve been sharing with you about the Leads Mastery program, and what is it all about, and how to implement the formula. Now, you have the formula now, and what’s next?
So, let me share with you what is your head going through right now. If you watched all three parts of the video series, your mind is probably going to look like this, that you have information, covered up, and it’s folded, and it’s all over the place. You have condensed information. You have no idea how to make sense of it, and make it for your business. And you have all this information in your head right now, yet your life is not transformed, and you have been receiving information over and over again, yet you don’t know how your life, your business is not transforming the way that you want to transform to it.
Let me share with you, why is that so? It’s because information is not transformation. Information is no longer power. Implementation equals transformation. You want to get result, you need to implement the information in order for you to receive the transformation. You see, content not consumed does not contribute. You need to consume the content, and in order to contribute to you, you need to implement for your transformation. And here’s the thing. If you’re after a great business, you want to build a great business, and you are after to become a great, successful entrepreneur, and you know these three major successful entrepreneurs.
Now, in case you don’t know them, the first on the left, his name called Tony Robbins. I learned from him for ten years. I listened to this guy to sleep, and guess what all three of them has in common? The second one is called Daymond John. Daymond is a successful entrepreneur who is very famous in the business world, especially on the TV series called Shark Tank, and his business is called Fubu, and it’s a major success. He is the author of The Power of Broke, and all these major, major, successful entrepreneurs, including Nick Vujicic, who is the very famous speaker around the world, one of the most inspiring speech I’ve always been hearing, and over and over again. His story is amazing.
But you know what? What do they all have in common? They all have a mentor. Tony Robbins had Jim Ron as a mentor, when he was getting dead, before he was dead. Now, he mentors other people. Daymond John had Jay Abraham as his mentor, and now, Daymond John is mentoring others, as well. Nick Vujicic had a mentor called John Burley. You see, all successful people, whether it is Oprah Winfrey or anyone that your know of, they all have a mentor.
The question here is this; If every successful person on this earth has a mentor, do you have a mentor for your life? For at one area of your life. And if you don’t have a mentor, if you don’t understand this word ‘mentor,’ let me explain to you in a very simple concept of what a mentor is, and whether is it really, really important, as I say? It is.
See, mentoring is like this; The blue circle represents a mentor, the red circle represents you. Now, as you, you are someone who is going from all sorts of directions. Going after your goals, going after your dreams, you may go after the X, you may go after the Y. You are trying all sorts of things. You have learned a lot of information, and you are trying to do everything on your own. You are figuring out on your own. Now, without realizing this, you are trying to go from X to Y, you are trying to get to your destination. This could be financial freedom to buy the house that you have always wanted to live in, spending time with family and watch your children grow up, go to the restaurant and never have to look at the right-hand side of the column of the menu ever again, or to simply go on holiday, enjoying freedom while making the same income as what you have been making this moment of the year, from the entire savings of last year.
However, what you don’t realize is that your destination, your goals, could be just behind you. Your destination could be Z, and you have been going to all these places, trying to find Z, and you never found it, and you don’t realize that Z could be just in front of you, if only you’d turn your back around all the other distractions of all the other information that’s out there. But a mentor is like someone with a bird’s eye view. A mentor can see exactly where you want to go, and whether are you wasting time to try to go to Z, yet you’re approaching towards the direction of X. A mentor is there to save you time from figuring out yourself, because they have already had the context of how to make it work. They already have the wealth of context to tell you that if you move in this direction, you’re going to waste your time. Your direction is behind. Turn your back around, and you’ll save so much more time.
So, here’s the thing. The Leads Mastery program is exactly what it’s designed to do. It is to save you time from trying to figure out how to generate these for a business. It is to save you time from trying to figure out how to reduce a frustration, that you wake up, and you have inconsistent sales every single week. It is to save you time, so that you can spend more meaningful moments with your family, at the restaurant, we’re done looking at the right side of the column when you order when you order the chicken chop. It is to save you time, so that you can go on holiday, and you never have to figure out how to make you lead generation effort work again. Your sales will come in very naturally, because of the system that you implement, and you can enjoy your holiday. It is to save you time, so you can spend the right moments in your dream home, that you have always wanted to live in, with your new income goals. It is to save you time, so that you can hit your income goals a lot faster, and connect your freedom a lot earlier.
So, that is what mentoring is all about, and if you don’t have a mentor in your life, then I urge you to go and find the mentor that’s suitable for a life right now. And if you don’t have a mentor, then the Leads Mastery program is designed to specifically mentor you to get to where you want to be. It is a mentoring program that is designed to help you deploy your personal leads generation program, in odrer for you to enjoy the newfound freedom, and hit your income goals a lot earlier. If you have always wants to buy the dream house that you’re after, if you want to spend meaningful time with your wife, your family, watch your children grow up, and go to a restaurant without looking at the right-hand side of the column when you order the food, and you want to spend meaningful moments, create meaningful, enjoyable moments when you go for holiday, Leads Mastery is something that is going to help you achieve those results.
If those results are what you’re after, if the process that you have been watching so far, if the strategies that I have been sharing with you, the transparency I have been putting across to you so far is something that you have love it. You don’t find this kind of information elsewhere. If there’s something that you want to implement, if I appear as a person that you know that without shadow of a doubt, that I can help you achieve those results, if you want to capture media attention, if you want to make a five-figure payday on one single day, and you want to make a six-figure payday within less than a hundred days of the business, you want to scale your operation from a one-man business to a four-man company, and scale your business upwards, then Leads Mastery is the program that I can help you achieve those results.
What is Leads Mastery? Leads Mastery is a step-by-step, move-by-move, click-by-click program that is designed to help you implement your lead generation effort, in a six-weeks remote mentoring program. It designed to teach you, train you, and mentor you, and coach you, and what is a mentor really all about? A mentor is someone who sees the potential in you, and draws the power within you, without you even realizing that you may have this kind of ability. And that’s what leads generation is designed to do. On the image here, you can see that Karen, that beautiful woman that I took a picture with, she’s old enough to become my mother, yet within just one mentoring session, from making less that $5,000 a month, within two weeks of one mentoring session, she made over $20,000 in sales, and she’s living happily for the first time for two years of struggle. That’s what mentoring can provide to you. It gives you the clarity. It gives you everything that you need in order to get a result that you’re after, because he has already figured everything out. A mentor has spent the time to figure everything out, so that you don’t have to figure out on your own. It is to save you time for that.
I want to invite you to the Leads Mastery program, and the Leads Mastery program, if you are around Singapore, in around Asia, you get two tickets to come to a live bootcamp, where you get to network and mingle and implement the strategies. I do what I do because I have seen entrepreneurs close down in their first three years of operation, and it hurts me to see that they have so much value, yet they can’t continue business to serve the world, to create more impact, and have more influence for their lives, so that children can reconnect to their parents, and parents can reunite with their children, understanding the influence skills they have transferred in the program, as part of Leads Mastery. So, if you’re interested, I look forward to see you in the program, and mentor you, step-by-step, move-by-move, click-by-click, hand holding you to your success.
