Hey, everybody. Jason Lim here, and this might be the first time that you are watching me on your videos feed or it could be coming to a website and watching this video now. I want to share with you one big formula. This is the 7-Figure Formula that have made people millions of dollars, and it’s the same formula I’ve been using to consult my private clients over the last 36 months now. To share with you how to attract new customers to the business every single day, and this is the formula that will help you to stop chasing after the clients that you want to attract instead.
Now, why you want to stop chasing after clients and you want to implement a client attracting system for your business is because the way you are attracting the clients define whether they’re going to pay you high or lower fees, you see? The way that people behave is when they come to you, they will actually listen to you. But however, if you chase after them, you are perceived as a lower standard and lower commodity unfortunately. I don’t think that we should judge people by the cover of the book. However, that’s how people behave especially in sales, especially in business. So if you are entrepreneur, just started your business, and you have not enough leads to follow-up with, you wake up every day and no leads to follow-up with, your sales is inconsistent every week. Maybe you have 10 sales from last week, you have 10 leads to follow-up this week, yet you’re zero and none coming in next week. It’s been inconsistent.
If technology is destroying your business and putting your business at risk, instead of helping you and enhance and increase your productivity, and you have zero predictability on your sales, but you want a system and you want a program and you want a product that can help your business, be able to instil 100% predictability and dependable on sales coming in, you know exactly how much is coming in every single week based on the list that you’re getting.
Now, the list, the fresh customer and new blood is the lifeline of every new businesses. Before you go on and do other things in a business, number one thing is knowing how to bring in customers. And that’s what we call leads. They all begin with having a leads mechanism, to bring in, even your new partnership, even if you want to do any form of marketing, number one thing is you need to know how to bring in leads.
So I want to share with you my leads mastery program, but before that, I want to give you value so that you understand what is the leads mastery program about and how I’ve been delivering results to my clients over and over again based on my 36 months of consulting experience and seven years of studying real estate. I have mastered the art and science of persuasion, I have mastered the art of online marketing, and I have spoke in front of business owners, entrepreneurs for one reason.
I’ve seen people who get their business closed on your first three years of operation, and the reason why I package all this, my consulting experience, to become a program is because I’ve watched companies close down, I’ve watched entrepreneurs forcefully have to wind down their business because they don’t have the ability to bring in new customers and specifically leads. Especially people who are coaching and consultants who have a transformational products, even trainers who conduct the workshop, they unfortunately have to close it down or have to pursue other means of income because they have no idea how to draw in the leads to them, how to become a manic of opportunities.

See, there’s total of three principles I want to share with you. There step of this leads mastery program. And number one is to understand location leverage. What is location leverage? One of the thing you need to understand if you want to draw in leads is that you are dealing with humans. And humans do one thing. Humans, they congregate, humans, they socialize. Especially people who are successful, they hold their events, they hang around and they spend time with people they want to become. That’s why you see the rich always hang out with the rich, the wealthy always hang around the wealthy because they understand the one thing that their environment shapes them, who they are. They understand that their mind is like a sponge. That whatever you put inside the sponge, the sponge cannot do anything but to accept and absorb.
So that’s the reason why rich and successful people hang out with people who are achievers as well. An if you want to attract leads, this is how people behave as well. You’re going to go after people who loves cake or love pastry. These people will hang out at conferences that is food-related, F&B related. There’s no absolute in this, however, there’s one thing that I can guarantee you is you can play a game of higher probability versus playing a game of zero predictability. And today, we have the formula with leads mastery one offering you, it’s playing a game of hire probability from your game of zero predictability right now. And with location leverage, this strategy, one principle alone could just turn your entire business around.
You see, there are people who actually have the money to afford the expensive lifestyle, and there are people who couldn’t afford the expensive lifestyle, yet, they still could afford a very reasonable price range. It also boils down to who you want to go after and what you want to sell. You can be selling a Gucci to someone who is earning only a $1,000 a month. But yet, $8,000 for a Gucci bag is a peanut to someone who’s earning a million dollars a month. So the idea of location leverage is to identify who are you going after and then putting your offer right in front of them based on their habits and weekly routines because the successful people all have one thing in common. They have a very, very disciplined routine with their environment. They go for network sessions, they go for conferences, they spend time with their family, and they dine at valuable restaurants. They don’t go for expensive restaurant, they go for restaurants that is valuable. The rich ask for one thing. The rich after for value, the poor ask for price.
Understanding this is everything of the three-part formula. So the first part about the location leverage strategy, the first tactic is to understand how to use Facebook adverting to put your offer right in front of the people that you want to target. For example, if you are in the place in your country where you have a yacht club, in Singapore, we have a place called One Marina. One Marina where all the yachts are, almost every yachts are. And you can simply do a location targeting in front and put your offer in front of one more radius with Facebook advertising. So the one thing you have to master is the Facebook advertising method to put your offer in front of the right people at the right place at the time.
Now, when you first engage this strategy, you will not get sale the moment you reveal offer to them. And statistic and data have proven to shown that people only engage, not even buy, engage with your advertising only after seven to 10 times of exposing to a offer for the first time. So with Facebook advertising, the key to do it is this. No one goes on Facebook in order to buy. Everyone goes on Facebook for three major reason. Number one, they want to go check out their friends, families, and relatives, what are they up to recently. Number two, they want to check out what is the latest news. Is Donald Trump going to build the new wall or is Robert Kiyosaki releasing a new book? What is the latest news and the gossip that’s available in their country around the world? And number three is really to stalk their ex partners. They want to use Facebook to see how are they doing for them after they have parted ways. That’s the three major reason that people actually go on Facebook.
So if you want to sell on Facebook, understanding this will help you understand that you are not looking for immediate sale. Yes, you could get immediate sale, but the bigger money is where people are exposed to advertisement and engage for you for the first time, after the seven to the 10 time of seeing your advertisement. So in the leads mastery program, it’s where we teach you how to get them engaged with you as soon as possible, the moment they have a need for it. So you want to be in front of them when they are ready for a solution that they will actually engage with you and ask you and attract it to you, all right? So it’s like dating. You need to be aware that the women or the men of their dream is available in front of you before you consider you want to commit with them in a future relationship. That’s how you should adopt Facebook advertising as well.
Now, the second method of location leverage is called Domain Influencer Method. What is the Domain Influencer? Domain Influencer is as good as the lady called Michelle Phan. Michelle Phan is an influencer. Oops. Michelle Phan is a Domain Influencer in the makeup and beauty world. And what Michelle is doing is she has a beauty line where she have followers who actually follow her because of beauty and makeup. And one of the key thing you can do with Michelle Phan, people like Michelle Phan is they have the influencers, they have the lead followers. What you want to do is what I call the sponsorship method. You want to sponsor them for your product and services, so they will be able to experience the value of what you can offer and share with their followers about your product and service and share with them how great your stuffs are. That’s the second.
And you can use online tools such BuzzSumo to find out who are the people that is trending or which topic and what are they talking about? Who are the fanatics fans that are following them? That’s the second method of identifying where is your ideal clients and start to attract them. Who are they following, all right? Remember the rich and the successful people, especially they follow a certain people, a role model in their world. Every humans has a role model that they want to follow after, they want to role model after. Your role as your business is to find out who is your ideal client, who your buyer’s already following and create a partnership with that person.
Now, going onto step three is what we call the BDA Method. BDA Method simply stands for before, during, and after. Now, let’s put a perspective of buying a house. Think back the last time you were buying a house or you were going to buy a house. There is a few step process. Before you buy a house, you need to secure the loan. You need to know how much you can borrow, you need to identify the area that you want to buy, you need to identify the amenities that you need and then finally getting an agent or a realtor to help you find a house. Now, once this is secured, during the purchase of the house or during the sale of the house, there’s a few things.
Once you have secured the house during the purchase, you need to make sure that the interior design are in place, the renovation, the appliances, the furnitures, the during process of the purchase is where you go and find out what is the furnitures etc. Now, the third thing is after the purchase what do you need? You needed air-conditioning, maintenance. And maybe you need a helper for a house. Some call it a butler, some call it a maid, so there are at least eight touchpoint of a potential buyers.
Now, after you buy your house, you may or may not live in that house forever. You may just be in the house for just three years and then you will buy a new house again. Now, the key principle of this strategy is you want to be around in front of this ideal prospect on all eight touchpoint. You want to find out before, during, and after what does your prospect need? They need furniture, they need air-conditioning servicing, they need a helper, they need someone who is great with loans, you wan to be in front of them at all these eight touchpoints before, during, and after so that you’re consistently and constantly at the top of their mind when they need their service you are there. All right? So that’s location leverage. You want to be there and be visible to their attention so that when they have a intention to get your services, they will contact you, they will become your lead.
So that’s the third of the location leverage. So here’s the thing. This is part one of the video series that I’m reviewing.
